A Wall-Fence at Jalan Bangka VIII DemolishedPondok Pinang Urban Village Head, Hendi Nopriandi, admitted the land is included as public facility. PT Multi Sarana Abadi, as the developer, has not given the obligation to Jakarta Provincial Government.
